By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

We’ve tried our best to keep everything simple, honest, and clear.

🌿 Wild Thang Subscriber Notice

If you sign up in November, your first delivery will be in December.

The limited-edition flavour for December will be our Christmas O’bar, which will also be available to the general public.

We’ve deliberately structured it this way to test the subscription model and understand demand before we begin full-scale production in January for limited edition flavours.

How It Works

  • If you select every 1 month, you’ll receive a delivery every month.
  • If you select every 2 months, you’ll receive a delivery every other month.
  • If you select every 3 months, you’ll receive a delivery every three months.

All subscription management (cancellations, skips, address changes, etc.) must be done through your online account. We cannot make changes for you. Any changes made will apply after your first subscription arrives. Meaning you must commit to at least one delivery.

You can log in or create an account using the same email address used when placing your subscription order.

Address Changes

You can change your delivery address between the 10th and 30th of each month.

Your subscription will always be sent to the address saved in your account at the time of processing.

Catherine’s Originals cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses.

Ordering Other Products

Subscription products cannot be combined with other items in the same order.

Why? We manage subscription inventory and labelling separately from our main product range.

You will need to place two separate orders- one for your subscription and one for any additional products. We are working on a system for the near future where you can add other products to your subscription.

You can cancel anytime after your first delivery through your account.

Discounts

Discount offers will not apply to orders with a Wild Thang or Safe Sub subscription.

Managing Your Subscription

All subscription updates, such as cancellations, address changes, or payment updates, must be managed through your customer account.

We cannot make manual changes for you.

When placing separate orders for non-subscription items, please double-check the correct delivery address is selected.

Chocolate Flavours

The flavour you select when subscribing cannot be changed mid-subscription.

If you wish to switch flavours or plans, please cancel your current subscription and start a new one.

We do not offer product swaps or refunds if you dislike a particular flavour or have a certain allergy to one of our Wild Thang limited edition flavours.

By joining the Wild Thang subscription, you’re embracing the adventure, knowing each flavour is experimental and unique (but always crafted with love by Catherine to be as delicious as possible!).

Shipping & Delivery

  • You’ll receive an email notification once your subscription has been dispatched.
  • Catherine’s Originals is not responsible for deliveries sent to an incorrect or outdated address if it was not updated in time.
  • Billing occurs on the 1st of each month, and deliveries are made between the 5th–10th. We do not specify a day.
  • You can update your payment method in your account at any time.

Updates to Subscription Terms

We may occasionally update our subscription terms.

It’s your responsibility to review the latest version on our website.

If we make a significant change, we’ll notify you in advance so you can review or cancel your subscription if you wish.
