Delivery questions...

All boxes are shipped with Royal Mail 48 Hour Delivery, or for larger orders Royal Mail Tracked 48 is used.
Can I eat Catherine's Originals with a dairy or gluten allergy?

Catherine's Originals are crafted in-house without gluten or dairy. While our production is safe, some suppliers handle these allergens, so we can't guarantee no traces. We do not advise you eat our chocolates with these allergies.
Do we use nuts?

Yes! The team and the chocolates are all nutty!
How long will my chocolates last?

Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme heat, odour and humidity. So basically just a kitchen cupboard...

We're striving to extend their shelf life more than 6 months, but let's be honest, you'll probably enjoy them all before that's even a worry!
Will I have them for Christmas?

We advise if you want a box before, or for the festive period to place your order now. We have limited stock.
How To Return My Items?

We do not offer returns unless...

If the selection box or chocolates arrive damaged.

Please get in touch with photos of the damage and your order number so we can sort something our for you:)

For now, we cannot offer a "pick and mix" style box...

But January is not far and who knows what we have up our sleeve...
