Can I eat Catherine's Originals with a dairy or gluten allergy?

Catherine's Originals are crafted in-house without gluten or dairy. While our production is safe, some suppliers handle these allergens, so we can't guarantee no traces. We do not advise you eat our chocolates with these allergies.

Do we use nuts?

Yes! The team and the chocolates are all nutty!

What is the shelf life?

Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme heat, odour and humidity.

We ensure all website orders have at least 1 month before the best-before date, typically the chocolates will have longer than 1 month.

I need to change my address

We’re unable to make delivery address changes on your behalf. To update your address, please log into your account using the same email you used to place your order, then select your order and make the change manually.

If delivery is unsuccessful, Royal Mail will return the goods to us.

Once received, we will refund you the value of your chocolates and send a confirmation (refunds may take a few days to process).

You may place a new order with the correct address if you wish.

If the incorrect address is our fault, we will cover all expenses and resend your goods right away.

How To Return My Items?

See refund policy.

What are the ingredients/allergens?

Please see the shop page, then scroll down on the item you wish to know the ingredients for.

All products will have the ingredients and allergens stated.

What are the flavours?

"Milk" Hazelnut

Cookies and Cream

Coffee

Coconut

Cherry

Caramel

Honeycomb

Orange and Almond

Lavender and Chamomile

Are we a dairy free business?

HELL YEAH!

Can I pick and choose?

For now, we cannot offer a "pick and mix" style box.

Why are my chocolates white?

This is because they have been stored in temperatures too hot and/or in direct sun light. Our chocolates are all stored at 18 degrees and this ensures a good finish! It's advised to keep them in the fridge or at room temperature. Blooming is out of our control when they leave our factory.

You cannot reach a team member?

We are a new and small team, we try to respond within 48 hours but please read through our policies and FAQ before reaching out, to see if you can find what you're looking for!

My discount code isn't working...

There is a box on the checkout page for your discount code. This cannot be applied when you have placed the order and certain codes cannot be used with other codes.

What does "may contain" mean?

We make all our products in-house, ensuring no animal products or the listed may contain allergens are present in our factory. The label "may contain" is due to potential cross-contamination from our raw ingredient sources.
