I’m back!

Can you believe it? We blinked, and whoosh! The first quarter vanished into thin air! One moment we were stacking chocolate box upon chocolate box, getting ready for the epic Christmas rush, and now, bam! March is out the door and April is strutting in like a boss. And let me tell you, April's arrival came with a splash – quite literally. I'm talking roads resembling chocolate fondue and raindrops tap-dancing on our choco cabin windows. Our morning commute turned into an adventure, complete with a flat tire spectacle and a surprise lamb birth! Yep, you heard that right, but we'll save that story for another day.



Now, let's talk about our latest escapade: the grand move to the picturesque Yapton Lane! Jamie and I bid farewell to our two-hour daily drive (adios, commute!) as we, along with Scott, decided to dive into the realm of roomies! We're now a mere step away from work – two minutes by car or a breezy 10-minute JD bug scooter ride. Can you spell game-changer? That's 20 extra man hours a week we'll be pouring into crafting your beloved chocolates. Lets go!

And hold onto your hats because the second quarter is building up to be a real big and crazy one! First up on the agenda: SALSA audit. Picture A-levels, but with paperwork galore and enough checklists to make your head spin. But fear not, we're armed and ready to conquer the supermarket standards – watch out, Waitrose, we're coming for you!

But let's rewind a bit and relish in the success of our very first Easter! We smashed our retail targets by a whopping 20% – talk about a sweet victory! And speaking of sweets, our selection boxes flew off the shelves. Next year, we'll have egg-shaped treats in store for you. No silly oversized packaging, just good old, classic easter eggs.
